STUDENTS

OVERVIEW

Students on Tour has been a provider of education tour programs for students and teachers since 1988. We believe that travel is itself a great teacher. Students are able to learn a lot about themselves and their culture and backgrounds by traveling to other areas and seeing other people and cultures. We also believe that being able to be at an actual location where historical and current events occurred is an amazing opportunity. Your classroom can travel! We hope your school's education program - traveling and learning with your friends and classmates, is an experience you will never forget.

HOTELS

Students on Tour uses safe, comfortable, nationally known hotels. Our Students on Tour staff has visited the hotels we use to make sure they meet our personal guidelines. We try to make sure your group is all housed on the same floor and we provide nighttime security to help keep our floors quiet and safe. Remember, your itinerary is jammed packed busy and in reality you will be spending very little time at your hotel. Even so, we try to make sure it is nice and comfortable.

MEALS

Most every Students on Tour package will include breakfast and dinner. Our breakfasts are a full breakfast. They include eggs, meats, fruit, and assorted breads/cereals/and pastries. Our dinners are usually served in a buffet-style. This provides a lot of options and eliminates a long wait. Sometimes you may have special meals that are more related to your location - like a tavern dinner in Colonial Williamsburg, or an Amish-style meal in Pennsylvania's Amish Country. The meals are warm, tasty, and plentiful.

Usually lunches are on your own. Students on Tour will stop at locations that have a wide number of options and prices. Your Students on Tour EPL will have suggestions of places you can try in different areas. Be adventurous!
